I ordered the Small (100 mg) dosage. When it arrived I was impressed with the product’s quality. I’m new to mushrooms but I have read several articles on their effectiveness with medication resistant depression. Because I was new I started with the lowest dosage and only took 1 capsule every other day. I didn’t notice anything so I bumped it up to 2 capsules, still nothing. Now I’m on the big size and currently take 200 mg of Fetzima for my depression, so I feel I may not have been taking enough. Personally, I would prefer to be addressing my depression through a Psychiatrist but I’ve been waiting years for a referral and going private costs thousands of dollars.
I will reorder at a higher dosage.
This has done wonders for my anxiety and allowed me to actually rest before a day of work. Currently taking medium dose, next bottle will try high dose.
Life time of anxiety and depression. While neither of these things is completely gone; I’m finally able to get to sleep and go out and actually see a few of the people I call friends (yet can hardly motivate myself to see). I’ve been on and off everything Big Pharma has to offer right now and this has been the greatest success for me. Started at low dose; worked way up to high dose.
